Last summer, we were on the road for about two months and stopped in 14 states. Reflecting back on that trip, it was quite ambitious of us to travel over ~8000 miles in less than two months. In truth, driving takes a major toll on you no matter how scenic the drive. I wish we had more time to spend in the cities we quickly fell in love with. So this time around we did just that; we had nine whole days to leisurely travel up to Washington and back. Best part of the trip (aside from the Alameda Flea) was camping in the magical & lush HOH forest in Washington. We spent two relaxing days hiking, eating, laughing, & sleeping to the sound of the river. As much as I love living in SoCal, Washington is somewhere I can see myself living. Below is a short video I made of our trip. Hope you enjoy!
