Condition
As vintage varies in age and condition, we consider the age of the garment in comparison to its condition, as well. Most of the items have been pre-loved and will have wear to them. Every garment has either been hand-washed or steamed. Older garments from the 1800s-1920s have been mainly steamed to preserve its wearability unless otherwise noted.
- Excellent Condition | No dirt, wear or noticeable damage. May have original tags.
- Great Condition | May be new with or without tags, slight wear. Mended or no unrepairable damage.
- Good/ As-Is Condition | Wear and/or damage in the form of rips, tears, cracks etc. that have been mended or may be too fragile to be mended.
Shipping
All items are shipped within 2-6 days.
Shipping rates vary depending on weight & country.
Domestic: All items are shipped via USPS mail with delivery confirmation allow 3-7 days for delivery.
International: We ship international via USPS or DHL (for orders that exceed 5 lbs); allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let us know prior to making payment and we will adjust the shipping cost to reflect the cost of insurance. Orders that exceed $500 will be shipped with automatic signature confirmation.
We also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. If you would like this service, please write a note in the Message to Seller when you check out. We will send you an updated invoice for the additional service.
Free shipping on all domestic orders of $200 or more; discounted shipping on all international orders of $250 or more.
Blossom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please make proper arrangements if you feel it's necessary to receive your package safely.
Return Policy
This is a small business, not a corporation, so please do not treat us like one. Any items that have been purchased on sale, via sale code, offers, or layaway are final sale.
We accept exchanges and/or store credit within 48 hours of received purchased item. No exceptions. Email us and we will send you a return label to make the process easier for you. Shipping costs will be taken out of your credit total.
NOTE // Antique items, 1930s & older, are final sale due to the delicate state of these pieces.
NOTE // If paid through Afterpay, a 6% restocking fee will apply due to the non-refundable fee paid on our end for each transaction. Thank you for understanding.
You must still fulfill all Afterpay payments in order to receive store credit or a refund from us.
Items may not be 100% free of minor defects, as they have been loved already. If you are concerned about a particular item's condition, or would like to see additional photo's please contact me.
Any codes used cannot be combined or added after an order has been purchased.
Layaway
We now have Afterpay which allows you to pay over four, no interest installments due every two weeks. You can choose to pay with Afterpay at checkout. *Currently only available for US customers.
If Afterpay is not what you prefer, our flexible layaway is available for all items over $200.
Plans require a non-refundable 30% deposit up front, and the rest to be paid within a month or two, however the buyer chooses.
All layaway payments are nonrefundable, and if a payment is late, layaway may be terminated, or a daily late fee of 2% will be applied.

When you place an order on our website, we use this information to process and track your order and contact you via email or phone if we have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
