Circa 1940s. Label reads Tailor by Radcliff. Silk fabric. Fits modern size up to 6. Front elastic looped buttons for some stretch along collar and waist. Slight puff sleeves. Great condition- faint marks along bottom of hem; no tears or breaks in lace. Could be worn as a dress or duster with slip underneath, a beautiful dressing gown for a bride or everyday.
