Circa 1920s. No label. Chiffon sheer fabric. Velvet paneling along chest and bottom of dress. Fits modern 2/4 best. Encrusted with some bead work and rhinestones. Long kimono sleeves with cap effect. Incredible art piece. Good condition- some pinhole throughout with light staining; wearable.
